Hi! I am a Sri Lankan girl working in Serbia and have been working in Serbia for a year and a half now. I am currently planning my 7-day intercity train trip through Europe (I am coming from Serbia) and I am planning to buy a Eurail Global Pass. But is it possible to participate in the European tour with a TRC issued for Serbian foreigners? I am looking for an overview of all the discounts that apply to the countries I am visiting. But could you please clarify a little about the visas or legal documents required to enter Italy, France, Greece?

We are not experts in immigration and visa laws so this is not the place to get that sort of information.

You really need to get official answers for these questions from the appropriate government agencies.

Relying on bad information from someone on the internet could lead to some unpleasant consequences should you end up somewhere you do not have the correct documentation for.

I wouldn’t speak to your specific case but in general work visas for one country do not have validity outside that country, it is most likely you will have to comply with the same rules as anyone else visiting Europe from your home country so that is where you should start to look.

As I can see you need a Schengen visa for countries in the Schengen area, for other countries you must check each country.
