Good afternoon guys, I recently want to make reservations of trains mid may and when Im about to use eurail online page to check them out, I couldn’t find my pass and added coming trip that I have made in rail planner. What should I do? thank you in advance for the inconvenience caused, this is my first time to Europe and im traveling alone, not so sure about the connections between the app and the page. I haven’t activated the pass, just added it in the app and created the trip, not sure if that’s the problem.

There's no link between the Railplanner app and the Eurail website. But if you bought your Eurail pass through the Eurail website your pass should be visible there.

thank u for your answering, I didn’t purchase it from eurail official website but from other distributor, does that mean if I make reservation from Eurail website then it won’t show on railpanner app? that any change I make in any of them won’t affect the another one at all? appreciate it.
Reservations will never show in the Railplanner app, no matter where you bought the pass. But if you didn't buy your pass through Eurail, you need to register the pass on the Eurail website before you can make reservations there.
But it is almost always better to make reservations elsewhere than through Eurail. Read more in the link below.

Reservations you make on the Eurail website will be visible in the Rail Planner app if you're logged in.
However, it's best to avoid the Eurail website for reservations for multiple reasons, one of which is that they're almost always more expensive. The best advice on pass reservations is this page:
