You didn't mention which trains you booked. However, since you booked the reservations on the Interrail website, you can find the refund conditions here:
Passes can normally be cancelled and refunded. If you had activated it, then you need to cancel the activation first. Whether there are any refund fees depends on where you bought it. If that was on interrail.eu, then you'll find the refund conditions here:

Whether a seat reservation can be refunded depends on the train (route, date, departure time) and where you booked it.
