cancellation - no reply from helpdesk Attica group Superfast ferries

Due to illness I had to cancel my reservation (today) for the Superfastferry Bari - Patras.

The only way to do so is via emal: Online bookings can only be cancelled by email to helpdesk@attica-group.com .

I mailed them several times, without any reply. Does anyone have any experience on this topic? I might face a problem when I try to book a new trip.

Yes, you never know. A few hours after my new booking I finally received the email from Attica to confirm my cancellation.
