I am new to all this and having a problem changing a booking.
We are on a 4 day pass.
The first day is sorted, Bolzano to Basel.
Then I mistakenly booked to go to Paris BUT want to change to go to Amsterdam instead. Is this possible?

If you mean you want to change a seat reservation, then you'll need to cancel it and book a new one.
If you mean you want to change the journey in the app, then simply go to your trip, delete the journey to Paris and add one to Amsterdam. Remember that the app doesn't book anything. Its function is to register the trains you use, like a digital equivalent of the paper pass trip diary. You can change it as you like. The only requirement is that you add a train before you board it.
