Change seat reservations Paris to Zurich

Hello

I have made 4 seat reservations on the TGV from Paris to Zurich at 12:21 on 5th April.

We are a family of 4 but have been given seats in different positions in the carriage. I can’t work out how to change our seats (or if it’s possible) so that we sit together.

Does anyone know how to do this, please?

Did you book those seats in one transaction? If so, the system will try to book you close to each other and that may not have been possible anymore.

If you booked them separately, then this is what you get. In that case, depending on where you booked them, you could cancel them and book again, but now all 4 in 1 transaction.

You can also ask other passengers if they are willing to trade seats with you.

Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.

Thanks for your reply, yes I did book them in one transaction so I assume we have been given the seats that remain. 

I think we will be asking other passengers if they are prepared to move!
