changing trip details on rail planner

I started a trip on my rail planner app and connected our passes. Our dates have changed so I started a new trip with the correct dates however my passes are not connected. How do I connect my mobile passes to my new trip and delete the old trip from my app please?

There's no need to create new trips. Just cancel the activation and only activate your passes again on the day you start your trip.
