Confused and stressed.

Hi, I am getting totally confused, baffles and stressed. and having huge issues   1 layover in Paris and return over 2 days Via Zurich

The App and the website journeys are not matching. 

The same login shows my passes on the website, My journeys do not show on website.

  in the app, the journeys are shown 4 times separate individuals in the app for myself, wife and two children.  

The app seems to only allow searches for individuals.  I can’t do a search for a group on the app.  is this correct?

 

Any advice  please as I can’t find my answers

There is no synchronisation between the app and the website, except for the pass validity period.

In the app, you can search a journey and then add that journey to multiple trips at the same time.

If there's a train you can't find in the app, then please mention route, date and departure time.
