Connect a trip

I am trying to connect a trip to my pass

When doing so I am exclusivley linked to my last trip (under my trips), which is still shown as active (I could not complete the trip as planned because my train through trasbourg was cancelled and I had to go through Paris instead

I presume that the still active trip is the cause of my problem. When I want to delete the active trip under my trips I get the message “can not cancel an active trip (kann nicht storniert werden)”

What can I do

Hi! You can only have one Trip connected to a Pass at a time, so any new journeys need to be added to the same Trip you’re already using.
