Interrail does not have a public phone number. Order numbers consist of IN and then 8 digits.
Did you buy on www.interrail.eu or www.myinterrail.co.uk? If you bought on the latter, then you can't cancel on the former. The UK website is managed by National Rail (I suppose RDG).
