i have tried to contact customer service to cancel my global pass so many times by phone and by emails. Promised to reply in 24 hours but still waiting response.

What on earth can i do?

Interrail does not have a public phone number. Order numbers consist of IN and then 8 digits.

Did you buy on www.interrail.eu or www.myinterrail.co.uk? If you bought on the latter, then you can't cancel on the former. The UK website is managed by National Rail (I suppose RDG).

I believe purchased from Interrail.. My pass shows Interrail and order number 2408-0114.

when logged on they say i have no pass to cancel.

Cannot find the order confirmation. May have been eurail but the pass is headed Interrail.
