Da Roma a Lourdes

Salve, dal 16 al 31/8/26 vorrei raggiungere Lourdes da Roma e ritornare.

Qualche consiglio? Vorrei dormi re sempre in treno per risparmiare e non fare i cambi treno di notte o comunque con buio.…

You can take a sleeper from Lourdes to Paris. From there, you can get  to Rome the same day, or get to Turin and then take a sleeper to Rome.

Ah, scusa. Ho sbagliato senso di marcia!

But actually it’s the same. You can get from Rome to Paris during the day, then take the sleeper to Lourdes at 2140.

Alternatively you can get to Turin, then take the sleeper to Paris. But that will take longer.

You can reserve a seat, but I don’t ever get a good night’s sleep sitting. I would recommend at least a couchette. In France, these are very reasonable cost - around €20-25.

There are showers in Gare d’Austerlitz in Paris available to first class sleeper passengers. I don't know if you can use them before departure.
