Dinner onboard night trains

Hi eurail community! I am doing some research on how we could improve getting food and especially dinner onboard night trains. Most night trains are killing their restaurant carriage because it's too expensive to have one, but i personally greatly miss having the option to buy and eat great meals onboard. I'm trying to find a solution that works both for passengers and operators. To make this tangible I’ve created this typeform where I’d love to have your input!
