Hello! I participated in a giveaway and as I didn’t win they sent me an email with a 10> discount to use on top of the current promotion. Although it is not working… is anyone having the same problem?

The code was limited to 200 uses. I assume they are already used up. It worked on my order directly after recieving the code. As on a later order for a friend of me it also did not apply any Discount anymore. It did not give an error but just did not apply any additional discount.
