Hi

I've been looking details every where on when We must use travel day or not to get travel discount in interlaken - first - jungfraujoch. Seems like the infos are confusing.

https://benefitsportal.eurail.com/benefits/jungfraubahn/

One site tells that we need travel day to get discount.

While on the thread of this community said that travel day are no need.

Which info is the correct one?

Or can it be verified on the interlaken ost Station?

Thank you in advance

Hi @rvdborgt

As of June 1, Pass holders do not need to activate a travel day when traveling on discounted routes. I haven't updated the community yet because the benefits portal still needs to be revised, but I can assure you that activating a travel day is not necessary.

Let me know if there is any question.

Thanks, good news.

It seems though that not all staff know about this, see the latest story above.
