It appears that I have won a Discover EU pass after I’ve checked on the portal with my application code (which I had received by email by the way), however, I have not received any email about the fact I have won. My friends though did get an email with a booking code to activate and all the next steps. I’ve checked and my email works perfectly fine, the email is not in the SPAM folder and I had previously received the email with confirmation of my application early in April.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’d hate to miss out on this experience for a technical issue. Thank you very much!
