Download ticket and reservation after losing paper version.

We started our trip with paper tickets. During the trip we lost the tickets. How can we download our tickets to a mobile phone?

Hi ​@MRG,  we're sorry to hear about what happened during your trip. Unfortunately, if you were using a paper Pass, it can’t simply be converted into a mobile Pass.
