my daughter is trying to book EN Tickets for her and her boyfriend on OEBB app for end of April. She has an Interrail pass and he hasn’t. So if she enters both of them, she gets “no tickets available”. It seems to work only if they both enter the same discounts.In the past I haven’t encountered this problem.
Is there any way to book their tickets together, maybe on another site/app since it’s not an OEBB train?

MÁV works a bit. It doesn't book a 2-bed compartment with this combination and reverts to a couchette.
I'd indeed call ÖBB. Such a combination is supposed to work on their website (and it does work for their NJ trains).
+8I’ve never heard of that problem either. If the website isn’t working, they could try calling ÖBB on +4351717 to book by phone.

Thanks! I told her and she‘ll try first with customer service and then with MÀV, which seems to work (they want a couchette anyways) but somehow it won’t sell her the return ticket.
