Check Berlin - Brussels (NJ and European Sleeper), Berlin - Basel/Zurich. One could still have some availability.
The Legnica - Berlin train is only available at a PKP (or DB) ticket counter.

And in ticket counter I can use interrail ticket for good price?
+10You need a reservation for the train. So you pay only the reservation fee. Should be 4€.
