I recently purchased a Eurail pass and was trying to get a train from London to Glasgow. It sent me to the ACP rail site to get a seat reservation. Is the ACP rail linked with Eurail or do I need a separate pass?

You can book reservations wherever you like. There are lots of places where you can book trains, although there's no website where you can book all trains. Most places are better or cheaper than Eurail for booking.

However, please don't use ACP to book trains in GB. Reservations in GB are free of charge but ACP charge €6 per seat.

All reservable trains in GB can be booked on the TPE website, see this reservation guide (also for other reservations throughout Europe):

Chec this guide out for how to get those reservations for free or atleast cheaper then from ACP https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm#great-britain

Your pass and the reservation are not linked to each other. But valid together.
