Eurail App closes when adding a second person's pass

When I tried to connect a second traveller to the Eurail app, it closed as soon as I selected a trip and clicked “connect this trip.” This happened on my iPhone repeatedly. Any solutions? By the way, the passes were purchased together.  Thanks, MLZ

Dear all,

I created two trip folders, one for each of us. Now it works! Thanks for your help!

Have you created 2 different Trips, one for each person?

Please note that I don't work for Interrail/Eurail and that I don't reply to personal messages.

I've seen reports of the app crashing, when you try to connect a pass to a trip that is already connected to another pass. As far as I know, that isn't supposed to work. Just create a separate trip per pass.

Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.
