Eurail app not showing my pass, trips or planned journeys

Hi.  We've made it to Zermatt. Was just checking our trip in the app for tomorrow, Saturday,  leaving on 6.06am to Brig then change for Domodossola. But when I just looked in my rail planner / trip right now, everything has strangely disappeared - our passes, our trip and planned train journeys. Its worked well till this moment,  now Im worried. I've turned my phone off/on but no change. I need it working for tomorrow.

This is the message that comes up - 
Currently, it's not possible to view the Pass you bought on our website in the app, even when logged in.  Good news, though! We're working on making Passes automatically show in the app so you can add them more easily in the future. For now, you can still add your Pass manually using your last name and Pass number, which you can find in your order confirmation email.

What should I do?

Uninstall and then reinstall app. You won't lose any data.

Start the app again after reinstalling; it may take a minute or so for your trips and passes to reappear.

If that doesn't help, then contact customer service:

This is an issue that pops up every once in a while, it seems after updating the app, and that is apparently difficulty to solve.
