If I hold a Eurail First Class Global Pass and make a Business Premier reservation on the Eurostar, will I be entitled to utilize the Business Premier dedicated priority lanes at St. Pancras Station?

With a 1st class pass, you can't book a Business Premier reservation. You can only make reservations in Standard Premier.
