Under benefits section of eurail planner app there is a discount for Disneyland paris ticket. When i tap on it, it says update app. My app is already updated to latest version does anyone here knows how to avail that discount offer?

I tried but there is no information available. They are asking for my eu rail pass number and after entering it the screen goes blank.
