It’s my first time using eurail and i’ll be traveling from Paris Nord to Amsterdam Centraal, but everytime I do this it will say that my pass isn’t valid in some of these countries. Do I need to buy another ticket or another pass? or Do I need to update anything for the pass?

What pass have you purchased?

Hi, I’ve purchased the Eurail Benelux Pass

That is only valid for use in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

You are trying to use it for a journey from France which it is not valid in.

2 options :

- (expensive) Thalys ticket to Amsterdam

- ticket : TGV Paris-Nord - Lille-Flandres + TER Lille-Flandres - Mouscron and then your pass to Antwerp and Amsterdam (longer)
