I have bought pass last year, and it still not activated. I have one month to activate my 2 month pass, but now I work full time and cannot travel. Is that possible to transfer this pass to another person? Or may I refund that?

You can't transfer the pass to another person. You need to check the conditions for the pass if you can get a refund or not. The conditions are shown on the invoice for the pass.
If you bought the pass during the big 50% sale last spring, then the pass is non-refundable.

It may be possible to do an exchange to another person if you get an agreement with customer service and if your pass is exchangeable. But that would not be possible with a 50% discounted pass.
