When adding my train trips to my 10 day eurail pass, do I have to include my eurostar reservation as one of the days?

Reservations are separate from the pass.
In the app, you need to enter all trains you use, before you board.
When tickets are checked, you need to show your pass (the barcode in the app), plus any mandatory reservation, such as for Eurostar.

+6If you book a reservation for a train with compulsory reservation, you need to have both an active travel day and the reservation, so your Eurostar journey (assuming you booked a passholder reservation) should be on one of the 10 days.
