Eurostar "not in pass network"

I booked the Eurostar from Amsterdam to London. My interrail app (My Trip) says “Not in Pass network”. The trip is within the month of my global pass, I haven’t booked more than 5 travel days and the return trip with the Eurostar (London-Amsterdam) seems no problem. What could be the case??

What is your travel date and departure time?

Have you installed the latest app update? Check under More and scroll to the bottom: version should be 38.3.0.

How many other days have you used in your home country?

You are only allowed 2, once used you can no longer use the pass on any train within or from/to your country.

I just installed the version 38.3.0, remove the train from my list and added it again. Now it seems to work. Thanks!
