I guess whenever the planning of the engineering works is ready.
During some weekends, there may be no direct trains Amsterdam-London.
Direct trains are already bookable on most (if not all) weekdays (Mon-Fri).

I'm not sure what's happening in that weekend. London-Brussels can be booked, but direct trains London-Amsterdam are nowhere to be found.
You could just book to Brussels, where you can change to the hourly ECD train (no reservations). There's no rush though, you can also check back in May or June, and by then I'd expect the timetable to be final.
