can you select like this from CLUJ-NAPOCA to Vienna only and when I arrive there I select another trip from Vienna to ROMA TERMINI I hope it works like this and could I jump without paying for the reserved seat

+9You can stay as long or as short as you want, within the validity of your pass.
Local transport (bus, Metro etc) is not included in most cities. But in Vienna you can use the S-Bahn (commuter train).
