Hello, I have reserved seats for inOui TGV via Interrail in an SNCF station. The thing is that my pass is second class, but I have checked and the seat reservation tickets that the guy at the station gave me are 1st class. Is there a problem with that? Should I return the tickets?

How much did it cost ? Which journey ?
SNCF is able to sell 1st class seat reservations incl. upgrade while using a 2nd class pass. Maybe that's what you got.
If that's not the case I'd head back to the station and either pay the upgrade or exchange for a 2nd class seat.

Paris Est - Strasbourg for 10€ (1st class)
Strasbourg - Paris Est for 20€ (2nd class)
Paris Montparnasse - Hendaye for 20€ (1st class TGV + 2nd class TER)
Also, how can i know if it's with the upgrade As you said?

€10 is a regular 1st class reservation. A 1st class reservation with upgrade will always cost more than that.
For Paris-Hendaye, what is your travel date and departure time?
