My plan is going from Florence to Lucerne. What is the best route to do?
I also interested in day trips in Switzerland, like Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen.
And then I'm going to Paris. Do you guys think a 5 day pass is appropriate for me?

From Florence to Lucerne you can travel via Milan - Gotthard, but I suggest to take the old route between Bellinzona and Arth-Goldau instead of the new tunnel. If you take a regional train from Milan you can avoid to pay reservation fees.
Please note that Eurail Passes are not valid everywhere in Switzerland, you can find a map here:
