Hello. I have a four day Senior First class pass and I want to travel to Paris from Glasgow in December. Can I use Day 1 to travel to London and then Day 2 to get to Gare du Nord. I am planning to do Paris to Glasgow in a one-r on the return leg.

You can only use two of your four days on the UK.
If you stop overnight in London, you'll have used two days for your outbound trip, and have no UK days left for your return.
