I’m trying to reserve a seat for a direct train from Genoa to Pisa using my Eurail Global Pass (mobile), but I can’t seem to book it on the Eurail website or app. The same ‘No price results were found’ message appears:
Has anyone had this issue before? Is this route non-reservable, or is there another way to book it?

Reservations for this train are not open yet, as we can see on trenitalia.com (the operator's website):
It also looks like the train was recently slightly retimed.
Reservations are mandatory and the best place to book this train IMO is raileurope.com; use "Add rail pass”. Price is €3 per seat. Eurail will add a €2 booking fee per person and train. On Rail Europe, change currency to euro, since prices in other currencies are around 5% higher.

You can book this at Rail Europe (website not app). You can add your pass in the search box, and it should be €3 - always pay in Euros for the best price.
