Hi, I'm trying to use the getyourguide link to buy tours but get a message saying I need a valid pass. But I have a valid pass and have loaded it so don't know why I can't use this link/code. Also I've already used it a few days ago.

Just so you know that you can also find the correct information on our benefits portal: https://benefitsportal.eurail.com/?. You can visit the page and click more information on GetYourGuide. You'll need to provide a Pass Cover Number that you can generate from Interrail or Eurail, depending on your Pass.
