I just ordered a Eurail Global Pass but the start date is incorrect, May 23rd. I will be arriving in London on May 4th & will start using the pass on the 8th. I am concerned that I will not receive it before my departure date or will not be able to validate it before I start travelling. I also tried to add seat reservations before making payment but was unable to. Will I have to wait until I receive the pass or until it has been processed to do so? I would like to make reservations as soon as possible because I understand that seats for passholders are limited on Eurostar and Thalys trains.
