You didn’t give any timings but I assume you are looking at a bus when getting this message.

Trains are included with your rail pass. The bus isn't included.

Do you mean this Global pass are available for taking bus from Spiez to Interlaken West with FREE ?

I just add this routing in my Planner APP by manual ?

If the bus is a train replacement bus it is included in the pass. An ordinary bus is not included. Normally there are trains between Spiez and Interlaken West. 

What date and time are you looking at?

I plan to take boat from Interlaken West to Thun on Apr 20.

H’ever,the first sailing time is 12:10 noon, arrive at Thun at 14:20.

Unfortunately,no boat back to Interlaken West at the same day noon time.

I need to take train from Thun back Interlaken.EU Rail Planner shown on as below:

15:01  Thun->15:10  Spiez  by RE4175

15:37   Spiez->Interlaken West  by Bus6039...NOT IN PASS NETWORK

This Bus is as written not covered you have to pay for it :/ 

At 15.24 departs from Thun a Train EC7 directly to Interlaken West without a change in Spiez :)
