I want to use my Global Pass to travel from Paddington to Bristol Parkway. On the Eurail website I get “Not available from Eurail.com……Book online at www.acprail.com” When I go to ACPRail, i can’t use my pass, I have to purchase a ticket. Am I doing something wrong?

The pass is your ticket. You can simply add (“log”) the train on Rail Planner before boarding and hop on. Seat reservations are optional and free of charge in the UK.

If you wish to make one, use the GWR website following these steps: https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm#great-britain

No need to book a seat weeks ahead, I usually do it on the morning itself (or simply don’t bother).

(Eurail shouldn’t redirect you to ACPRail as they charge money for free seat reservations but off-topic.)
