I booked the train for me and for my 2 friends but even if i subscribed them to my trip I have 4/7 days to travel while them 0 and the reservation don’t appear on their app. also the app told me i finished my credits even if i still have 3 days to travel

Reservations don't appear in the app (and they don't need to), except when you book them via Interrail. And then only the person who booked them can see them in the app.
