I and my team plan to travel europe thru eurail global pass , just wonder if we buy the pass , can we register it as a group and each of us also can monitor the app via each mobile?

I’m not 100% sure what your question is.
Every traveller needs a valid ticket = the pass. Each train you plan to take, should be registered in the app. So every person needs to do it.
What you can do is that one of you makes a (preliminary) itinerary in the tab “My Trip” a couple of weeks before your travels, share it as a link, and provide it to every one travelling in your group. (The three dots in the upper right corner).
It is not synchronised for that group though, so last minute changes of trains in the app of the person that shared the link, won’t come through. Every group member should make the change for him or herself then (or one person, and provide a new link again).
