Hello everyone, my name is Louka. I would like to travel with someone I know, and during the group creation process, we are asked to enter their name and order number, which we have but it doesn't work and gives us an error message saying that the name or order number is incorrect...

    Which group creation process on which website?

    Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.

    Hey ​@Louka are you referring to Trip creation process whereby you add travellers to a Trip for booking reservations together? You will indeed need to enter their last name and pass number when adding them to a Trip. If they have a paper pass, you'll have to enter their pass cover number and specify the correct issuer (from where they bought the pass). If any issues arise, and the details entered are correct, you can try troubleshooting, such as clearing the cache/cookies, using a different browser or trying in incognito mode. If the issue persists, be sure to contact the Interrail team with screenshots so that they can advise further, and test from their side. It's good to know that you can also book reservations together via Rail Europe (www.raileurope.com/en) and Happy Rail (www.happyrail.com/en).
