I have reserved two seats on tgv Charles de Gaulle to Bordeaux but can't seem to find the actual seats stated anywhere. Do I need to book those separately? Please be gentle with the replies as I'm sure I'm missing something. Cheers

Where did you make your reservations? You should have received a confirmation e-mail.
If you booked through Interrail, then that mail should have PDF attachment with the seats mentioned. You should then also be able to find your reservations in your Interrail account, in the Reservations overview:
