HELP with two issues please

Hello

I am new to this and have made two errors and cannot for the life of me work out how to fix.

  1. I have put my journeys on my pass for each day, but when I reserved the ACTUAL seats in first class on one leg I have put in the wrong date. When I try to change it is says it is non changable and non refundable. Do I just leave these and lose the money and rebook seats on the correct day and pay again or is there a way to change.
  2. My husband, daughter and I all got 7 day in 1 month passes and I have started a booking for all three of us and we are all on the same trains for the first 4 - then our daughter goes off on her own with friends and is on different trains and destinations to us, but I mucked up and started the booking with all of us together and now need to seperate it so I can book the last three journeys seperately - but can’t work out if I can do this or if I have to start again. I have paid for seats on each of the four journeys I have booked so far in the one booking.

Hope that makes sense and someone can assist me.

Thank you very much,

Kind Regards,

Lucy :)

For the first question: difficult to answer without knowing the train and where you bought them. Sometimes exchange is possible while not refunds. Sometimes they are fully lost.

2nd question: you can add/remove travellers freely on the website. However for booking actual reservations I'd suggest to avoid eurail.com in the first place, they charge extra fees, have bugs, don't show a seat map, etc.

Have a look at this guide: https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm
