How add a planned trip to another pass?

We are 2 persons doing the same planned trip. I could add My trip to my Rail planner, but not the other person’s Rail planner. The trip did not come as a alternative in the other person’s Rail planner. The other person is connected to My trip  and travellers. How should we do?

Please note that in the Rail Planner app, "trip” has a very specific meaning: it contains all journeys with all trains that you'll use during the validity of your pass.

A trip can contain multiple journeys and a journey can contain one or more trains.

So do you mean the other person has a problem connecting a trip to their pass?

Or is there a particular journey or train they can't find in the planner? In that case, please mention route, date and departure time, so people can check what's happening. Please also note that the Rail Planner app is often not up to date and generally not reliable. Planning is best done with national planners, or for international journeys, with more reliable planners such as bahn.com.

Also, what do you mean by "The other person is connected to My trip  and travellers”? If that's on the Interrail website, then please note that website is a different universe. There is no synchronisation with the Rail Planner app, except for the pass validity period.
