I purchased 6 Eurail passes for my family. I added their passes to my Eurail App. Booked the TGV train and paid reservation fee . I received pdf file with 6 tickets. But in my eurail app, it shows only me in the trip. How do I add others to that same trip?

Each pass needs its own trip connected to it. You can add a journey to all trips at the same time.
Reservations are completely separate; booking a reservation does not add the booked train(s) to a pass. Nor do you need to activate a pass (which should not be done in advance) or even load a pass on a phone to book reservations.
Also, to save money, it's best not to book reservations via Eurail, since they add a €2 booking fee per person and train. Use this guide to book reservations:
