Hi. We purchased the 2 month global pass (plus upgrade for 100% refund). I used this site for seat reservations and now realise that I cannot confirm actual seat numbers on this site. How do I cancel this request to receive a full refund for the seat reservations (and) what site do you recommend to book actual seat numbers. Ideally I would like to see the seat layout of the class that I am booking. Thank you once again for your assistance.

Highly depends which train you booked. We'll gladly help when you've answered that. :)
Seat reservations may or may not be refunded either. It depends on the company's policy, not Eurail's.

Rail Europe doesn't let you select seats but you see which seats you're attributed right before paying. Do the whole process again until you're satisfied.

It depends on both, since Eurail also have their own refund/exchange policy, which is however often worse than the operator's own policy.
