Next week I will travel in the morning from Dresden to Berlin and in the evening I will take the night train from Berlin to Antwerp were I arrive the next day. Hoe do I enter these trips in the app?

Just enter each train in the app separately.
All journeys (trains) that you take must be connected to the same Trip as you only can have one Trip connected to the mobile pass.
