My wife and I are travelling this Thursday to Switzerland and she has a saved trip connected to her pass and she has a qr code but I can’t seem to save a trip to my pass, therefore I have no qr code for the trip. I’ve been to the train station to ask for help but they can’t as they don’t know enough about the app. Can anyone help please?
thanks

You can only have 1 trip connected to each pass, if you have already got a trip connected you need to add all your upcoming journeys to that trip.

@Graeme Colline

Do you get an error message when you try to save a trip?

So should I delete one trip which is an upcoming trip later on the month so I can connect my next trip upcoming to my pass?

Each pass can only be connected to one Trip and the same Trip can only be connected to one pass. Make sure that is the case.

If your wife can see a QR code, that means that that her pass is activated. The advice is not to activate the pass, or a travel day, in advance.

Thanks. I’ve sorted it. Managed to delete a trip I had connected with and add my next journey. All sorted. Phew. Thanks.
