how to use the interrail ticket from Poland to Lithuania and Latvia (and Estonia)?

From Warszawa (Poland) to Vilnius (Lithuania) is a seat reservation mandatory, but it is impossible to book it via Interrail in general for Lithuania. The ticket overall would cost about 30€. Is it possible to only buy the seat reservation at the train station in Warszawa?

Same problem for Vilnius to Riga (latvia).

From Riga to Tallin (Estonia) there is no mandatory seat reservation, so it should be possible to use the Interrail pass as usual?

You can book online, see this overview:

Interrail is often not the best (or cheapest) place to book reservations.

Thank you,

the explanation there says:
To make a reservation from Krakow or Warsaw to Vilnius in 2nd class:
Go to the Lithuanian Railways website ltglink.lt/en and set up an enquiry from Krakow or Warszawa to
Vilnius. Click on 1 x Adult (Full price), a panel appears, look for the I have Eurail/Interrail pass toggle at the bottom. The price will show as €0, it will change to €5 at payment stage.

However, there is nowhere to find a pass toggle?
