I’m trying to dowland my 4 day pass but on the app show me that I already used all pass days

Indeed, a screenshot of My Pass would be very useful. If you had already activated it, it will show the validity period and on which dates the travel days were used (if any). In My Trip, in the trip linked to your pass, you can also see on which dates travel days were used (if any).

Can you please post a screenshot where you remove personal information.
